- Source and destination phone numbers.
- Call duration, start/end times, and completion status.
- IP addresses used for SIP signaling.
- Call quality metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information to:
- Fulfill and bill for your voice services.
- Monitor for toll fraud and ensure network security.

4. Data Retention
We retain CDRs and signaling logs for the period required by relevant telecommunications regulations (typically 12-24 months depending on jurisdiction). Billing data is retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

- Upstream carriers and providers necessary to terminate your calls.
- Payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay) for secure transactions.
