Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SIP Trunk India ("we," "us," or "our"), including our SIP trunking, virtual numbers, and voice API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

SIP Trunk India provides IP-based voice connectivity services. These services include SIP trunking for connecting IP-PBXs, provisioning of virtual phone numbers (DIDs), and call termination/origination services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities, including unauthorized telemarketing or "robocalling" in violation of local laws.
  • Transmission of any material that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to bypass security measures or "stress test" our voice infrastructure without prior written consent.
  • Fraudulent activities, including "toll fraud" or simulated traffic.

4. Payments and Credits

Our services typically operate on a pre-paid basis. You must maintain a positive account balance to continue making and receiving calls.

  • Balances are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Inactivity for more than 180 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining balance.
  • Virtual number recurring charges are deducted automatically from your balance.

5. Limitations on Emergency Services (911/112)

IMPORTANT: SIP TRUNKING IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR TRADITIONAL TELEPHONE SERVICES.

Our SIP services may not support traditional 911 or emergency services in all regions. It is your responsibility to maintain a secondary method (such as a mobile or landline) for emergency communications.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment (IP-PBXs, Softswitches, VoIP Phones) required to connect to our infrastructure. You must provide a static public IP for authentication purposes where applicable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for non-payment.
